- Immediate relief techniques for stress and overwhelm. We'll talk about what stress and overwhelm can look like for you, as well as triggers and warning signs. Then, you'll be provided with proven techniques that I have used with my clients for over 7 years.
- Personalized self-care plan that fits your life. Together, we'll identify what self-care looks like for you, develop a realistic and sustainable self-care routine that can be integrated into your busy schedule. We'll also address potential obstacles or stuck points.
- Address potential postpartum anxiety and/or anxiety with professional resources and coping strategies. You'll be briefly educated on signs to look out for, how to differentiate between typical stress and postpartum stress. I'll provide you with an exclusive list of resources to help you (several are free).
- Build a support system plan to sustain wellbeing. We'll create a support network for you. I'll also teach you strategies to ask for help and how to accept it.
